21 May 2010 - approval of the activity report 2009
The Executive Committee approved at its meeting of 26 April 2010 the activity report and the annual accounts for the year 2009. The College of Auditors communicated to the Minister of Finance a report without reserve. The activity report and a short summary are available from now on on our website in the section "Publications".
21 September 2009 - protection of 'bons de caisse-kasbons'- removal of a restriction
"Kasbons-Bons de caisse" are benefiting from deposit protection only if they are nominative, dematerialized or held on a securities account.
The restriction according to which this category of securities had to be maintained with the issuing credit institution to benefit from deposit protection has been removed.
It is recalled that "kasbons-bons de caisse" held in bearer form are not benefiting from deposit protection.
